The city is always going somewhere. People cross, wait, rush, turn, vanish. Every street feels like a temporary meeting point between strangers who may never see each other again.

"I came to photograph the city, but Jakarta did not stay still long enough to be understood. It moved through traffic, rain, smoke, glass towers, street corners, and faces that appeared for a second before disappearing into the crowd."
